Think & Tinker© is a Cairo-based creative agency specialising exclusively in brand identity, packaging design, and content production for the beauty and personal care industry across Egypt, MENA, and Africa.
By engaging our services, submitting a brief, making a payment, or accessing any deliverable we produce, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
These terms govern all projects — branding, packaging, content retainers, audits, template packs, digital products, and any other service provided by Think & Tinker©.
Services We Provide
Think & Tinker© offers the following services, each governed by a separate project agreement or purchase confirmation:
Foundation Brand :Logo system, brand strategy, 1 hero SKU packaging, mini brand guidelines, social profile kit, and sell sheet.
Growth Brand : Full visual identity, up to 3 SKUs, brand guidelines (40pp), 3D mockups, and B2B sell-in kit.
Signature Brand : Full brand universe, up to 6 SKUs, Brand Book (70pp), and exhibition tools.
Content Packages : Monthly content production including static posts, carousels, video reels, story frames, and ad creative.
Brand Audits, Starter Packs, Template Packs, and Digital Products: As described at the point of purchase.
Specific deliverables, timelines, and payment schedules are confirmed in writing (email or WhatsApp) before work begins. The written confirmation constitutes the project agreement.

Payments and Fees
All prices are quoted in Egyptian Pounds (USD) unless otherwise agreed. Payment schedules vary by project type:
Foundation Brand: 70% upfront to begin — 30% on final delivery.
Growth Brand: 40% upfront — 40% at mid-delivery — 20% on final delivery.
Signature Brand: 40% upfront — 30% at mid-delivery — 30% on final delivery.
Content Retainers: Full monthly fee due at the start of each billing cycle, before production begins.
Audits, Templates, and Digital Products: Full payment at time of purchase.
Work does not begin until the first payment is received and confirmed. Think & Tinker© reserves the right to pause or suspend delivery on any project where a payment milestone has not been met within 7 calendar days of its due date.
All payments are non-refundable once the relevant phase of work has begun. Upfront payments cover strategic and creative work initiated immediately upon project start.

Intellectual Property and Ownership
Upon receipt of final payment in full, Think & Tinker© transfers to the client full ownership of all final delivered assets, including logo files, packaging artwork, brand guidelines, and content files.
Until final payment is received:
All concepts, designs, and deliverables remain the intellectual property of Think & Tinker©.
The client may not use, publish, print, or distribute any deliverable — in whole or in part.
Source files (AI, PSD, InDesign) are delivered at our discretion and only after full payment.
Think & Tinker© retains the right to display all completed work in our portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials — unless the client explicitly requests confidentiality in writing before project commencement.
Fonts, stock images, and third-party assets used in deliverables may carry their own licensing terms. The client is responsible for ensuring ongoing licensing compliance for any third-party assets after delivery.

Revisions and Approval Process
Each project package includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the project agreement. Revisions are understood as refinements within the approved creative direction — not new directions or concept changes.
Foundation Brand: 2 rounds of revisions per deliverable.
Growth Brand: 3 rounds of revisions per deliverable.
Signature Brand: 3 rounds of revisions per deliverable.
Content Retainers: 1 round of revisions per content batch.
Additional revision rounds beyond the included allowance are billed at 2,000 EGP per round. A new creative direction (changing the concept after approval) is billed as a separate phase.
Client approval at each milestone stage (strategy, concept, final) constitutes acceptance of that stage. Changes requested after approval of a completed stage will be treated as additional work and quoted separately.

Client Responsibilities
The quality of our work depends on timely and accurate input from the client. The client agrees to:
Provide all required information, references, and materials within the timelines specified at project start.
Designate a single point of contact for feedback and approvals on the client side.
Respond to feedback requests and approval prompts within 5 business days.
Ensure all information, logos, images, and brand assets provided to us are owned by the client or properly licensed for use.
Notify Think & Tinker© in writing of any changes in project scope, direction, or key personnel.
Project timelines are calculated assuming timely client input. Delays caused by late feedback, unavailable approvers, or incomplete briefs may extend the delivery timeline. Think & Tinker© is not liable for delays caused by the client.

Project Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines are provided at project start and are contingent on timely client feedback and payment at each milestone. Standard timelines:
Foundation Brand: 10–15 working days from first payment receipt.
Growth Brand: 4–6 weeks from first payment receipt.
Signature Brand: 7–10 weeks from first payment receipt.
Content Retainers: First deliverable batch within 7 days of month start.
Think & Tinker© will communicate any anticipated delay in advance. Force majeure events — including but not limited to technical failures, illness, or circumstances beyond reasonable control — may affect timelines and will be communicated promptly.

Cancellation and Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. The following applies:
If the client terminates before work begins, the upfront payment is non-refundable as it covers reservation of time and resources.
If the client terminates after work has begun, all completed phases are billed in full and all payments made are non-refundable.
If Think & Tinker© terminates due to client non-payment, misconduct, or breach of these terms, all completed work remains the property of Think & Tinker© until outstanding payments are received in full.
Content retainer agreements require 30 days' written notice to cancel. The final month's fee is payable in full regardless of cancellation timing within that cycle.

Confidentiality
Think & Tinker© treats all client business information, product formulations, pricing, distribution strategies, and unreleased products as confidential. We will not disclose client-specific information to third parties without prior written consent.
Clients may request that specific projects be excluded from our portfolio by notifying us in writing before project commencement. Post-launch portfolio exclusions must be requested before the project is published or shared publicly.

Limitation of Liability
Think & Tinker© provides creative and strategic services. We are not liable for:
Business outcomes, sales results, or market performance following delivery of brand or content work.
Trademark conflicts arising from brand names, logos, or identities if the client did not conduct or request a trademark search before approval.
Print or production errors arising from files sent to printers without our prior review and sign-off.
Any third-party platform policies, algorithm changes, or advertising decisions affecting content performance.
Our maximum liability in any dispute is limited to the total fees paid by the client for the specific project in question.

Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from these terms or from services provided by Think & Tinker© shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Cairo, Egypt.
Think & Tinker© is committed to resolving disputes amicably before any formal legal process. Clients are encouraged to contact us directly in the first instance.

Updates to These Terms
Think & Tinker© reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via our website or by email to active clients. Continued engagement with our services following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
